  • Increase in the qualified senior management talent pool
  • X increase in the region’s educational attainment
  • Increase in Business School’s national ranking and reputation

Investment Requirement: Medium (no new infrastructure, but need expertise to establish corriculum)

Impacts: High (transformative potential for promoting entrepreneurship at UF)

Readiness: Medium to High (Business school not yet recognized nationally but strong commercialization entities like OTL and incubators)

Implementation Timeline: Near-term; potential for feasibility study as sub-element to move in immediate-term
