Short-term

  • Identify the current mentoring organizations that exist and the needs of entrepreneurs.
  • Invite those organizations who want to participate in mentoring relationships
  • Implement initial plans to grow mentoring efforts in the area

Medium-Term: Create long-term coaching connections to provide continual and progressive hands on development for entrepreneurs linking them with a team of mentors who would walk them through travails in their businesses.

Long-term: International growth & access to capital, Establish consistent and challenging connections which foster the birth of new entrepreneurs in the targeted growth areas for the region, and foster relationships with global impacts.

  • Number of companies and individuals currently being mentored and their growth
  • Measure how companies and individuals being mentored are growing Measuring the success of those being mentored (e.g. number of employees, number of high-value jobs, amount of funding received — VC, grants, revenue)
