Plan Elements
Goals
- Short-term: Component 3: Assemble a group of vested individuals, much like the Action Team members, to get a new group together (Connectivity Council?) representative of multiple silos, to develop events to bring us together and get to know one another better.
- Medium-term: Plan at least four events per year to insure cross pollination and fresh ideas.
- Long-term: Create a culture of “We’ve got cool stuff” so people will want to know us and be a part of Innovation Gainesville.
