Create and sustain a community-wide calendar that becomes “the” recognized source for dates, places, events, etc. for Innovation Gainesville.

Plan Elements

Short-term: Identify Calendar Users/Owners and what platform they currently utilize.
Medium-term: Write a program or code for a platform that would pull various existing calendars and would provide any additional info needed.

Use existing calendars.

Investment Requirement: Low to Medium (time, investment, coordination)

Readiness: Medium

Implementation Timeline: Near-term
